The service

MarketPlayRight provides AI-assisted marketing research, drafting, landing pages, follow-up and booking tools. Drafts are suggestions; you are responsible for approving what is published or sent.

Trials, plans and billing

You get one free market scan per email. Paid plans renew monthly or annually until cancelled. AI credits are a hard monthly cap; top-ups are only charged when you buy them. Ad spend is billed by the ad platform to your own account.

Cancellation & refunds

Cancel any time in one click. Our first-month promise: if MarketPlayRight hasn't paid for itself, email us within 30 days for a refund of your first month.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, deceptive or discriminatory ads; follow ad-platform policies, CAN-SPAM, TCPA and other marketing laws. You must have consent to text leads.

Your content

You own your content and data. You grant us a licence to process it to provide the service.

Agency partner plans (Pitch Kit)

Solo, Agency and Founding Agency partner plans include a monthly number of white-label pitch kits. Unused kits don't roll over. Cancel any time; your first month is refundable within 30 days. Founding Agency pricing stays locked while the subscription stays active. Partners are responsible for reviewing each kit before sharing it and for the claims they make to their prospects.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, MarketPlayRight is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
